02 / ABOUT MITCH

One career.
Many ways to help.

Mitch has spent his career learning how people decide, disagree, and find a way forward.

Since being admitted to the California Bar in 1986, Mitch Jackson has represented injured people and families, navigated complex disputes, explored emerging technology, and shared what he has learned with audiences nationwide.

Those experiences connect. The perspective of a trial lawyer informs his work as a mediator. The art of persuasion shapes his speaking. And a curiosity about what's next drives his work in AI and technology.

06 / GOOD TO KNOW

Questions before
you reach out?

Start here, or contact the office to discuss your particular needs.

What does a personal injury lawyer cost?+

Many personal injury matters are handled on a contingency-fee basis, meaning the attorney's fee is tied to a recovery. The firm will explain the applicable fee agreement and costs before you decide to move forward.

How does mediation work?+

Start by sharing the general nature of the matter and your preferred timing. Availability, participants, fees and preparation are discussed before a private Zoom session is scheduled. In non-binding mediation, the parties decide whether to agree.

What does consulting include?+

Engagements are tailored to the organization and can cover AI adoption, legal technology, privacy or negotiation. Scope, deliverables and pricing are discussed before an engagement begins.

How do I inquire about speaking?+

Visit the speaking site to discuss your event, audience, topic, format and date. Availability and fees can then be discussed for your event.

Does contacting Mitch create a professional relationship?+

No. Contacting Mitch does not establish an attorney-client relationship, a mediator engagement or a consulting agreement. Please do not send confidential information before an engagement is confirmed.
